Wow!! 6 weeks have come and gone by so fast here at GVRlonghorns. We had such a great time choosing a name for each of our Texas Longhorn Calf babies. We hope you had as much fun as we have had. Thank you so much for your participation and for all the wonderful and creative names that came our way.

The longhorn contest has come to an end, and so has our calving season for 2025.
Not surprisingly, the contest was a great success, and we love all the names of our new longhorn calves.
Similarly, our calving season this year has been phenomenal.
- We have an even split of girls to boys.
- All our longhorn calves were born naturally with no assistance or strain.
- All longhorn calves are energetic, chunky, and healthy.
- On the color scale, all Texas longhorn calves are a 10!
- All have beautiful composition.
